RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not accept your return request. Items must be returned and received within this 14-day window to qualify for a full refund.

If your return is received after the 14-day period, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned in their original condition, including the return postcard, packaging, and accessories. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Be sure to include the return packing slip with your package.

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Due to the high demand for our products, we can not guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your full refund to the original payment method if applicable or process refund as a store credit. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

GIFT CARDS & FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance items, as these are final sales. If clearance items are returned, they will either be sent back to you or incur a 50% restocking fee.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

 

All orders, including pre-orders, must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that submitting a cancellation request within this timeframe does not guarantee cancellation, as processing may begin immediately after the order is placed. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can not be cancelLed.

 

ORDER EDITING

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes. Be sure to enter the correct items and sizes, and apply any coupon codes before completing your order.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices are subject to change based on trends, demand, and promotions. We do not offer price adjustments or credits for price differences after your purchase.
